The esteemed Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan was noticeably absent from his granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan’s 13th birthday party. On Wednesday night, Aishwarya shared a collection of photos from Aaradhya’s birthday festivities, but neither Big B nor Abhishek Bachchan appeared in any of the images.
Fans also pointed out that Amitabh had not publicly wished Aaradhya a happy birthday. In the midst of this, the host of Kaun Banega Crorepati took to his blog to express his thoughts on birthdays. “Birthdays exist… birthdays bring greetings… but even if none are mentioned today, they all remain in our hearts and minds,” Amitabh wrote, as he often shares sentiments with his readers and followers on his blog.
He then elaborated on his day, stating, “Work continues with the necessary reverence it has always commanded… and may it always be so… work without an audience is a misnomer… They come, they cheer, they offer recognition, and we are motivated and inspired to give them more than what they give us and mean to us… And they do so each KBC session… my love and gratitude as always,” he expressed. Amitabh also took a moment to support his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, as he prepares for the release of his upcoming film, I Want To Talk. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai’s post featuring snapshots from Aaradhya’s birthday celebration has gone viral.
The post revealed that Aishwarya organized a disco-themed party to mark Aaradhya’s transition into her teenage years. “You’re officially a teenager, Aaradhya,” read a message on a balloon at the party. Aishwarya also posed alongside Aaradhya during the celebration. She captioned the post, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE ETERNAL LOVE OF MY LIFE, dearest Daddy-Ajjaa and my darling Aaradhya (heart emoji) MY HEART… MY SOUL… FOREVER AND BEYOND.”
