Huw Edwards pleads guilty to making indecent images of children
Huw Edwards is facing a potential prison sentence after pleading guilty to receiving 41 indecent images of children.

They include two videos of a child aged between 7 and 9, sent to him by a man who’s now a convicted paedophile.
The BBC has admitted it knew about his arrest back in November, but says it was “shocked” to hear the details in court.

some guy sent Huw Edwards indecent photos, and Huw Edwards replied to him, " don't send me illegal images"….that's what this news story said…..but the story also said they were sent with his approval…that seems contradictory.

In any other company, in any other industry, this is gross misconduct meaning "dismissal without entitlements or pay." The BBC is a leaderless black hole of waste, as it isn't their money, it is ours.
He should certainly go to prison for a long long time. Was he the same with his children or is it only other people's kids.
His pay rise given to him after the BBC already knew about his offences, is four times the lifetime amount of TV licence fees I would be expected to pay. I'm very pleased that I dont pay a single penny to the BBC, and believe that his entire salary should be taken away and used to help fund child victim charities.

Not understanding the categories of pictures he was charged with, who does, I www a solicitors www on the subject and these charges are far more serious than I first imagined.
